Teen Counseling
Teen Counseling focuses on helping adolescents manage emotional difficulties, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies.
Our counselors are trained to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, peer relationships, family dynamics, and self-esteem. The program is ideal for teens aged 13 to 17 who need guidance and support to navigate the challenges of adolescence.
Counseling is essential for teens navigating the complexities of adolescence, including social pressures, academic stress, and mental health concerns. The program is designed to fit within their school schedules, ensuring they receive the support they need without disrupting their daily routine.
Our Teen Counseling sessions are available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing teens to attend after school. Sessions can be scheduled 1 to 3 times per week, depending on the individual’s needs and goals. The duration of counseling is flexible, with most teens participating for 8-20 weeks, though this can vary based on their progress and personal circumstances.
Each teen receives a personalized counseling plan that addresses their unique concerns and goals. Our counselors work closely with the teen to create a supportive and confidential space where they can openly discuss their thoughts and feelings. Family involvement is encouraged when appropriate, to help reinforce the progress made during sessions and provide a holistic support system.
